Since 1985 NEHRC has been addressing the health and human resource issues within communities in a manner that recognizes inclusiveness, cultural, racial, gender sensitivities, traditions, and values. We have always fostered a cross cultured approach pertinent to the communities needs and desires. With your generous support we can continue to implement the social programs for our Elderly, Veterans, Youth and Small Business Entrepreneurs.

The tobacco industry pays many political leaders, entertainers and sponsors HBCUs, festivals, newspapers and other prominent civil rights organizations. Improving health outcomes for African Americans will require leaders to tear down the racial and social systems that have kept the tobacco industry in charge and future generations lives at risk.
